By accessing or using Baccarat Smart Academy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Baccarat Smart Academy.

Baccarat Smart Academy explicitly disclaims any liability for losses incurred through gambling activities, whether or not such activities were informed by this Course. We do not provide gambling advice, betting systems, or "winning strategies."

To access the Course, you must create an account. You agree to:

• •Maintain the strict confidentiality of your login credentials.
• •Not share your account with others. Accounts are for single-user access only.
• •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

The Service is strictly for individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By registering, you verify that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to verify age and terminate accounts of minors.

Subscription Services: Access to premium content requires a subscription fee. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information.

Recurring Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not provide a prorated refund for the current billing period.

All content, including the "Derived Roads" algorithms, simulator logic, visual designs, lessons, and code, is the exclusive property of Baccarat Smart Academy.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, record, distribute, reverse-engineer, or sell any part of our curriculum or software.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. You may have additional rights that vary by jurisdiction.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Baccarat Smart Academy, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

You may not access or use this Service from any jurisdiction where online gambling education is restricted or illegal, including but not limited to China, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and similar jurisdictions. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are accessing it from a permitted jurisdiction and that your use does not violate any laws applicable to you. We reserve the right to restrict or block access from any jurisdiction at our discretion. Using a VPN or other means to misrepresent your location in order to access the Service is a violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

For material changes that affect your rights (e.g., refund policy changes, liability limits), we will provide notice via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
